At Tox Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully.

Returns

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at toxwear99@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at toxwear99@gmail.com.
